Optional Shields! Movement + Attack

All movements and attack now feature optional shields for all 5 characters!

Aseprite development file included so that this can be turned on/off depending on how your character has their shield equipped.

Each character has a slightly different way of running so the shield movements and attacks are adjusted to suit their uniqueness.
